Important: By granting account level privileges to Slingshot, the customer acknowledges that Capital One Software may take certain actions, including bypassing HIPAA restrictions, on the customer’s account. In addition, the customer acknowledges that Capital One Software support representatives may sign into the customer’s account with view-only access to provide technical assistance.
